GMB encourages you to measure your waist size before purchasing. 

• Stand with legs and feet together
• Next, use a measuring tape to get your correct GMB waist size
• Wrap the tape evenly around the area right above your hip bone 
• Where it comes together comfortably at your stomach...that's your size
• Use that number for the chart below
• If you are in between sizes-Go up to the next size.
